At our company, we specialize in all things Hypalon but we also work with PVC. Whether you need a repair, retube, or are one of our manufacturer partners, you can trust our team to provide the utmost professionalism and quality work. We are dedicated to ensuring your RIB is in top condition and ready for any adventure.

RETUBING

Retubing an old RIB will revitalise your boat and give it a new lease of life.
If we don’t already have a pattern we will remove your old tube, cut it open to form the pattern. It will then be scanned into our CNC software along with the locations of all the handles, d-rings and attachments. Once the tube is built we will then discuss what fittings you require and their location, tailoring to your needs.
For large RIBs that are not easily transportable we can attach the tubes on-location.

REPAIRS

Our small team of craftspeople are adept at repairing and refurbishing Hypalon & PVC tubes to a high standard, ensuring your safety and comfort on the water.

Whether it is a small leak or major damage requiring a re-build Explorer will be able to assist.

We can also carry out fibreglass repairs while we have your boat.
