RETUBING

Retubing an old RIB will revitalise your boat and give it a new lease of life.
If we don’t already have a pattern we will remove your old tube, cut it open to form the pattern. It will then be scanned into our CNC software along with the locations of all the handles, d-rings and attachments. Once the tube is built we will then discuss what fittings you require and their location, tailoring to your needs.
For large RIBs that are not easily transportable we can attach the tubes on-location.

REPAIRS

Our small team of craftspeople are adept at repairing and refurbishing Hypalon tubes to a high standard, ensuring your safety and comfort on the water.

Whether it is a small leak or major damage requiring a re-build Explorer will be able to assist.
